Community colleges are the gateway for many underserved students entering higher education. They provide affordable and accessible education to a wide range of students having the potential to be successful in college.
Edison International initially invested in the University of California (UC) Edison International Transfer Scholarship in 2000. Since then, Edison has continued its commitment to community college transfers students. In 2006, a new partnership with select California State Universities (CSU) was modeled after the UC program. This new program is the CSU Edison International Transfer Scholarship Program.
These programs offer scholarships to community college transfer students planning to major in Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Technology. For further information on each program visit:
