The Big Bear Discovery Center has served over 20,000 guests with education and environmental programs, services and naturalist-led tours while enhancing enjoyment and appreciation of the forest. The Discovery Center is run in partnership with local volunteers, residents and the San Bernardino National Forest Association. Edison supports the Center's mission of serving as a visitor "gateway to discovery and adventure" in the great outdoors.
