You can make a payment with one of the following options:
- To pay on-line, residential accounts only can pay their electric bill using JP Morgan Chase website. Payment is accepted by MasterCard® credit/debit cards and some ATM cards with the STAR, NYCE or PULSE logo. A JP Morgan Chase convenience fee of $1.75 applies for each transaction. Expect to see two charges on your credit card or bank statement: one in the amount of your payment to SCE and one in the amount of $1.75 to JPMC Fee.
- To pay your bill by phone, please call (800) 950-2356. SCE's QuickCheck secure payment option allows you to pay your electric bill over the phone using your checking account information. No enrollment is required to use this payment option.
- To pay your bill in person, please call (800) 747-8908 to find an Authorized Payment Agency location near you, or download this list of payment locations, listed by zip code (Note: you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this document).
