Vice President, Customer Service Operations
Abdou Terki-Hassaine joined SCE in January 2013 as vice president of Customer Service Operations, responsible for operations that have direct, front-line communication with customers, including the billing and credit departments, the meter services organization and the company's customer contact centers.
Previously, Terki-Hassaine was with MetLife insurance company where he was vice president of Customer Experience, responsible for the company's customer strategy including call center operations. While at MetLife, he led the implementation of leading-edge technologies and process improvements that increased customer satisfaction, efficiency and employee engagement.
Prior to joining MetLife, Abdou served in executive roles at Fidelity Investments and JP Morgan Chase.
Abdou received a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Tlemcen in Algeria, a master's degree in quantitative business analysis from California State University - East Bay, and an MBA from Rice University in Houston.
