Smarter & More Reliable: the Future of Energy

At Edison, we’re looking ahead to the challenges of the future, and addressing them in innovative ways today. At the Irvine Smart Grid Demonstration in Southern California, we're integrating sophisticated new technologies with consumer electronics that give households the power to monitor and manage their electricity usage. In our Preferred Resources pilot, we're testing cleaner energy resources to help maintain electric service reliability in densely populated areas. On a national level, we are working with government and other partners to ensure that the electricity system remains secure.
