Linda G. Sullivan is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation’s largest electric utilities.
Sullivan has direct responsibility for the company's financial functions, which include the controller’s office, treasury, corporate budgets, tax, risk control and performance management and measurement.
Sullivan is also currently vice president and controller for both of Edison International and SCE where she has direct responsibility for corporate financial accounting and reporting, SEC compliance, internal control, capital asset accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial information systems.
Sullivan has extensive regulated and non-regulated business experience. She has held numerous leadership roles across the company in finance and accounting, SEC compliance, business planning, process improvement and internal control.
Prior to joining Edison, Sullivan performed financial audits with industry specialization in utilities.
Sullivan is a California certified public accountant and certified management accountant. She earned a B.S. in business administration and accounting from Portland State University.
