Linda G. Sullivan is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation’s largest electric utilities.
Sullivan is responsible for the company's financial management and fiscal integrity. She directs both corporate and business unit financial, strategic, regulatory, planning, treasury, accounting, risk management, and control functions. She is also responsible for the company’s general rate case with the California Public Utilities Commission.
Previously, Sullivan was vice president and controller for Edison International and SCE where she was responsible for corporate financial accounting and reporting, SEC compliance, internal controls, capital asset accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial information systems.
Prior to joining Edison, Sullivan performed financial audits with industry specialization in utilities.
Sullivan is a California certified public accountant and certified management accountant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Portland State University.
