Vice President, Human Resources
Natalie Schilling is vice president of Human Resources at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. Schilling is responsible for several human resources functions, including the business partners, organizational effectiveness, labor and employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workforce strategy, planning and analytics.
Previously, Schilling was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc., a global aerospace and defense firm. Her experience includes extended tenures at Alcoa, Inc., and at Unocal Corporation in the areas of people strategy, culture, organization development, total rewards, talent management, workforce analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources generalist/business partner.
Schilling earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and her master’s degree in Human Resources from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
