How to Search for Jobs at Edison International Companies

We’re always looking for qualified people to join our teams. All our jobs are posted online and you’re encouraged to apply for any job that interests you and matches your experience and education. 

To find open jobs, search our listings. Keep in mind that we organize jobs by company (for example: Southern California Edison or Edison International) so start by selecting the company you’re interested in.

When you find a job listing that interests you, submit an application online. You'll start by creating your candidate profile, then you'll be able to upload your resume as a Word doc or a PDF, or if you prefer, enter your resume information step by step.

The Interviewing Process at Edison International

We interview candidates who are best qualified for each job listing. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for us to schedule and conduct interviews, and we ask for and appreciate your patience.  We start with phone screenings, and then we may conduct an in-person interview. Candidates whose qualifications are determined not to be a match will receive notification via email, along with encouragement to continue to review our job postings for additional opportunities.

After interviewing the best-qualified candidates for the position, we will make a job offer to the leading candidate.

If you receive a job offer and accept it, your Talent Acquisition representative will begin the onboarding process with you and get you ready for your first day. Often, this includes completing paperwork and getting a photo taken for your employee I.D. badge.
