Bond joined the company in 2005 in Power Procurement for Southern California Edison, working in energy operations, transmission planning, risk management and resource planning. Following his time at SCE, he worked at Edison Mission Energy in structuring and strategic analysis.
In 2014, he joined Moelis & Company and worked on a range of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and capital-raising transactions across several industry sectors, including utilities and alternative energy.
Bond returned to Edison in 2017 as a leader within the Edison International Treasury function. Before this role, he was assistant treasurer for Edison International and SCE, overseeing financing activities, trust investments, cash management and Edison International financial planning and analysis.
He has bachelor’s degrees in engineering and economics from Swarthmore College and earned an MBA in analytic finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
