Evangeline Andersen is vice president of Energy Procurement and Management at Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. She leads wholesale energy market activities, including contract origination, real-time and day-ahead operations, contract management, settlements and trading. Her organization oversees approximately $5 billion in annual wholesale energy spending.

Previously, Andersen served as chief financial officer of Trio, a former Edison International subsidiary engaged in energy and sustainability advisory services. Since joining Edison in 2011, she has led teams responsible for global financial planning and financial reporting, treasury, risk management, human resources, information technology, and customer service. Prior to joining Edison, Andersen worked at Deloitte & Touche and Morgan Stanley. She is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Andersen earned a bachelor’s in finance at Tulane University and a master’s in accounting at the University of Southern California.
